I am business coach, mentor, supervisor. I help people to find motivation for great goals. In my practice I use a systematic and structured approach. I combine high level support and ability to challenge a client. I create an opportunity for the coachee to open up internal resourses and discover their own potential.

Professional History
I started as a seller about 30 years ago. For over 17 years I worked as a manager in a number of market leading organizations. My roles involved developing new successful leaders.
